Often Drowsy at Work? 6 Tips That WIll Help You To Overcome It

You're not the only person in this world who often gets sleepy when in office or workplace. This is a bad thing if it happens every day, in addition to reducing work productivity, it will make the boss think back to hire you. 

It turns out that sleepiness does not only come when you work, maybe among you also often experience the same thing when in school or college. Why is that? Here is a trick to overcome it. 

1. If Allow, Close Your Eyes For 2 Minutes.
